Finding a Home
Tamworth Borough Council has more than 4200 properties across the borough ranging from one bedroom, single occupancy properties to larger family homes including a limited number of 4 bed plus properties.
Our properties are available through a choice-based lettings scheme, meaning you can search for and bid on a home that matches your requirements. Alongside our own properties, we also advertise Tamworth properties managed by housing associations.

If you are successful in being matched for a property, you will receive contact from the Lettings Officer. If we are unable to contact you or we don’t hear from you, the property will be offered to another applicant.
